The building and the apartment itself are extremely unique and full of character. You reap the benefits of living in a historical home from the hardwood floors and the exposed brick walls, but with the advantage of a tastefully renovated kitchen and bathroom. My husband and I love being so centrally located, we are able walk to work in the medical center while being steps away from anywhere in Allentown and Downtown. Dwayne is the most phenomenal building employee, from clearing snow and salting 24/7 in winters to helping me change my car battery, he really does do it all while keeping the property in tip-top shape. Paul and the management team are extremely helpful and always quick with communication, thanks for making St. Louis Place our home!

Dwayne’s a really great maintenance guy who truly cares about the people who live at the St. Louis complex. The property has always been clean and well maintained. During one of my first nights here, I locked myself out of my apartment and Dwayne drove across town to let me back in despite it being 9:30 PM on a Friday. You can’t put a price on that.
Alina and I made a deal with the furniture so I’ll be leaving the following items behind:

This apartment was by far my favorite place I’ve ever lived in Buffalo! The building has beautiful finishes and the apartment is very comfortable – you don’t hear the neighbors at all. Plus, there is plenty of free parking in the area at any time of day. The management does a fantastic job with communication, repairs, and cleaning the common area weekly. I would highly recommend this for your new home!

St. Louis Place is a quaint and quiet cul-de-sac at the Pearl Block of Virginia street in the Allentown neighborhood of Buffalo, New York. Parallel to Main Street, it’s only a few minutes walk from the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, the University at Buffalo and the Allentown entertainment district. It’s less than a mile from Downtown to the south, and approximately a 5-minute drive to the I-190 thruway which gives easy access to the entire Buffalo metro area, and Canada.
